Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Condo guidelines: Renters are subject to cottage association rules and guidelines, provided upon reservation. (not strict) Owner reserves the right to remove renters upon violation of these terms.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is anytime after 1 pm. Check-out is at 10 am. Please wash all utensils and dishes/glasses before leaving. Trash must be emptied in dumpster located on property. Trash bags are provided.

We have 2 twin beds, a queen and full size futon. Please let us know if you can not bring your own so that we have some for you.
