Monterey House Details
The master, with king bed, is located on the ground floor and has a luxurious full bathroom with a sunken grotto style tub, bidet, walk-in closet, and a shower room for two. There is a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, off the library which has a pullout bed. The second floor has two large bedrooms, one with a queen and one full. These two bedrooms share another full bathroom. The large bright kitchen takes you to the dining room that seats 12. There is a 1/2 bath and laundry room off the kitchen as well. The Great Room has sliding glass doors, high ceilings, and a wood burning fireplace. The library has a second fireplace. The bright cheerful family room also has sliding glass doors that open on to the back yard and terraces. There is a large organized boot-room entrance and 1 car garage. This home does not have AC; there are window fans for each room and the house stays cool.
