Places close by or in short walking distance: Property is on Butler Ave. Tybee Island, GA 31328. Butler Avenue is the main & closest street to the ocean running parallel to the beach. You are in a convenient location. One minute walk & you are on the beach. No paying parking meters! A restaurant & restrooms are a few feet away right here on the beach. Ships entering & leaving Savannah's harbor can be observed here on at this location. The lighthouse & pier are close by. Once you have visited Tybee, you will see an array of artistic turtles placed throughout our unique island with each one having their own name & personality. Tybee Island protects live sea turtles and their nest and we are proud to have such an awesome creature to study and watch. We provide you with a beach cart to assist you with your cooler, towels, food, chairs, etc. How easy is that?
Courtyard: Just next door through the decorative boat gate is your Garden of Eden to enjoy!. Night lighting, dolphin fountain, umbrella table & chairs, and swing. Covered arbor with ceiling fan. Feel free to come and sit and relax by the running fountain with a nice cool drink in the swing under the arbor with your favorite person.
Extra bed: For the 7th person, we have a comfortable twin air bed available for $10.00 flat rate
