Mazatlan Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- GENERAL CLEANING cost included in rental. (see Special Cleaning below)
- Special cleaning due to misuse or accidents will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Smoking in the condo unit is a mandatory $250 cleaning fee. Smoking on the deck is ok but please respect the property by keeping the smoke outside. - CANCELLATION: Rent received refunded minus $40 credit card processing fee, if request is received 60 or more days prior to 1st day of rental - No refunds within 60 days.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A $500 hold may be placed on your credit card approximately 5 days prior to your arrival. This hold will be released within 15 days of your departure assuming there is no damage or loss. Special cleaning due to misuse or accidents will be charged against the damage deposit.
