- Deposits: Your deposit must be received within 5 working days of the date of your request to confirm your reservation. The deposit due is 25% of total to be paid plus a $300 security deposit. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. The $300 security deposit will be refunded after your departure, upon completion of satisfactory inspection (Refunds are sent to your home 10 days after your departure). Cancellations are possible if written notice is received by e-mail 90 days prior to the reserved date. If we are able to rent the time, you will be refunded your money minus any expenses incurred. Otherwise there will be no refund, but we will honour your deposit during 1 year for you to re-book. Cancellation within 90 days or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance.
