There is an island in the middle with 3 bar stools and a dining table with 4 chairs. The floor in the kitchen has tile throughout. The living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat, and entertainment center with TV, DVD, VCR, and movie library. The backyard has been recently landscaped with everything you need for your entertaining enjoyment including gas grill, fire pit, gazebo sitting area, and nice-sized back patio. Washer, dryer, and vacuum cleaner also included. There is a 2-car garage with garage opener. The home also comes with garbage pickup and all utilities.
