Cleaning Fees Are $100 for Nightly (Minimum Stay 2 Nights), $125 for Weekly, $150 for monthly or Seasonal.
$150 for Monthly or Seasonal. $200 refund security deposit and a Non-Refundable
Pet fee. *Sebring race weeks are $365 night cleaning included (5 night minimum). - NOTE: NO RENTAL INQUIRES can be answered for less than a 4 MONTH WINTER SEASON stay before September 15th preceding.

Lake Placid House Details
Boat Rentals available from July 1, 2008: We have met with a boat rental dealer for the following rental boats available: a Larson Fish & Ski boat, an Angler Fish boat, and a choice of 2 pontoon boats. These can be delivered and picked up at the Highlands County Lake of your choice. Current prices are $325/day with a $500 deposit and you replenish the fuel used. For longer than a day or 2, the prices are reduced by a 20% discount. In addition, we have a Pontoon boat on site that will be discounted heavily for use during your entire occupancy.
