The ideal escape for your summer. Large trek deck surrounding heated gunite pool with separate hot tub to unwind. Beautiful property with trees ,secluded but close to the beach and town.
The house includes a large master bedroom upstairs with large bath with jacuzzi and steam shower. One of the bathroom's downstairs is attached to the deck to avoid going through house when wet. The central air will keep you cool but when you want a moment out of the sun sitting in the screened in porch under the Casblanca overhead fan with a cool drink will make you feel like your in the tropics
If you have a canoe or kayak there is access to the bay, 2 blocks from the house.
The beach is spectacular and the town has many restaurants in all price ranges. The beauty of the location is that if your from NYC and plan to commute over the weekends your only 90 minutes away and avoid the traffic associated with going to Southampton or East Hampton.
