Lancaster House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Only $325 per summer night with a private pool
- $100/night.$250/weekend, $600/week Winter rates
$300/ night June, July, August...3 night minimum unless it is filling in spaces.
$2100/ 7-night week in June, July, and August
$150/night. April, May, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec
$350/weekend April, May, Sept oct, nov, dec,
$900/Week. April, May, Sept, Oct
A $300 deposit is required to hold a reservation. There is a $50 cleaning charge and $100 cleaning for 4 nights or more and for all summer rentals
The Deposit is refundable -$100 only with a 30 day notice. After 30 days there is no refund.
The balance is due during your stay.

- We sleep 6 adults with comfort. The other beds ( a double with a single top bunk ) are best for children. We don't care if more people sleep on the floor or the couches but any additional bedding is your responsibility. We need to know if there are going to be more than 9 people staying.
