All towels and linens, free breakfast foods (eggs, bacon, pancake mix - enough for your first two mornings), cereals, fruits, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water, mixers, milk and cookies, chocolates and soft drinks.
A fresh baked loaf of warm home-made bread hand delivered upon your arrival.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis -- please call with your request.
Please feel free to smoke on the front porch and rear deck areas. - $125 per night, $850 per week, $50 cleaning fee.
A prepayment of 50% is due within 7 days after reservations are made.
The remaining 50% is due 21 days before arrival.
Cancellation & Return policy check in after 3 p.m. and before 7 p.m. / Check out is requested by noon - but we are flexible, call with your request.
Deposits are cheerfully refunded when cancellation notice is 30 days prior to your arrival date ... other arrangements are available
