Spruce Pine Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Reservations are accepted with a two-night minimum deposit.
- Check In is 3:00 pm - Check Out is 11:00 am.
RESERVATION POLICY: A two night minimum rental is required along with a two night deposit to setup and confirm a reservation. Holiday weekends require a minimum stay of three nights and a three night deposit. The balance of charges for the time you reserved are due upon arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you prefer to pay your deposit by check, your check must arrive six weeks prior to your arrival. A $100 security deposit is required upon check in, by credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us more than 30 days from the date of your anticipated arrival. We will charge a 10% cancellation fee but will gladly refund 90% of your deposit. Within 30 days of the date of your reserved arrival, we are unable to offer any refunds. No refunds will be given for weather or health related conditions. - We offer a 10% discount for AAA members, Good Sam members, and active military. Membership #'s and active military duty verification are required at the time of booking.

Loft has a DVD player, 4 person table, large dresser, and comfortable sitting area for relaxing and enjoying the incredible view of Humpback Mountain through the large picture windows on the front of the cabin. Clean sheets, blankets, and comforters are provided during your stay. We offer free Wi-Fi at Big Bear Cabin for your enjoyment and convenience.
