Wells Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prices from $110 to $190 nightly
- We have several cottages available. The prices represented are for our newly renovated cottage #2. There are four other cottages available, that have not been renovated, but are also excellent rentals on the same property for less per night and per week. Just remember the main season is full weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday.
Rates shown do not include the 7% state tax or cleaning fee.
Rates include up to 4 people. Additional people are $15 a day. - All week long rentals require a 50% deposit.
Cancellation within 30 days of reservation = deposit is forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the unit, then deposit returned minus a $100 fee.
Cancellation 31 days or more before your reservation = your deposit is returned minus $100 fee.
Check in time is 3pm for cottages and suites.
Check out time is 11am.
One vehicle only per accommodation, unless otherwise authorized.
No refunds for bad weather or early departure.
Price includes 4 people.
Extra people or pets are additional charges.
Rates shown do not include tax or fees.
