Condo Policies: Please make special note of the following: 1.-There is absolutely no smoking or pets allowed in the condo. 2.-Local fire codes do not permit use of fireplaces. Please do not use the fireplace. 3.-Please remove your shoes and leave them at the front door EVERY TIME you enter the condo. Worn carpet from tracked in dirt is the number one issue that develops when renting one's unit. So far, we've been fortunate. Please contribute to our good fortune. 4.-We have a noise policy. Please note that there shall be no noise that is audible outside of the rental unit after 10 PM in the evening. 5- The security deposit may be used to recover physical damages to the unit, as well as other damages related to noise, cleaning of excessive trash (inside or outside of the unit) and violations of laws and ordinances.
