Las Vegas House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Fees:Tax rate 7.00%, Cleaning, $150.00, Deposit $500, Waive if paid in full after 15 days of booking
- Check in 3pm PST, Check out 10am PST. There will be a $300 deposit for weekly rental, and $500 for a monthly rental. This will be converted to security/deposit fully refundable with in 7 days of departure. Any missing items, damage to the property, the deposit will be on Hold. The damage will be assessed by license person for cost and duration of repair. The receipt will be mailed together with the refund or additional bill for incurred expenses. If deposit was waived accountability and liability of the damage to property still exist.
- 50% payment is due - received by owner 45 days prior to arrival, 50% of remaining payment is due-received by owner 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 16 or more days prior to arrival, a charge of 25% of total payment, cancellation with in 15 days, a charge of 50% of total payment.

A 24 hours guard always patrols the community including guard and gated properties. . Maximum of 3 cars allowed, and inside garage always. Enjoy the peace and serenity of the neighborhood and the blast of noise extravaganza along the world famous Las Vegas Strip. Town Square Market, from Setona Gate, make right at Somerset just after the stoplight. See for yourself what is available, groceries, foods and restaurant as well.
