Come Enjoy Florida!: This townhouse is a great place to rest and relax with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy-but it is also a great center of activities to keep you busy day and night if you prefer. The heated pool is just steps away with a Clubhouse that you can use if you want to entertain larger parties. There are beautiful beaches, white and wide on Gasparilla Island where you can spend the day by the Gulf, shop in the quaint town of Boca Grande or go for the tradition of evening cocktails on the beach at sunset. And since Boca Grande is the Tarpon fishing capital of the world, you shouldn't miss the opportunity to experience it. Bring your own boat and put it on the 1000' community dock at no extra cost or (for an additional cost) have your own Private 40' Dock steps from the townhouse. Or you can rent a boat from the marina adjacent to the property or take a charter from the many options minutes away. There are also lots of golf courses to experience if you like to get out on the links.
Other activities: Within an hour's drive are the Ringling Museum of Art, Ringling's home (Ca D'Zan) the Ringling Circus Museum, and the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens ( one of America's top 10) in Sarasota; the Ford Edison complex in Ft. Myers; the J.N. 'Ding' Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel Island; shelling and shopping on Captiva and Sanibel Islands or the 90,000 acre Babcock Wilderness Adventure in Punta Gorda. If you want a further thrill, drive to Everglades City and take an airboat tour to see the alligators, manatees and many birds that live among the 10,000 Islands. So come and Enjoy Florida!
