Glen Arbor Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Fall Color Tours are (minimum) 3 nights, for $650.
  Extra nights are $215 + 6% Tax.
  
  A security deposit of $250 is required with the final payment and will be refunded within 2 weeks of the end of the rental period, unless damages beyond ordinary wear and tear occur.
  
  Rents are subject to an added 6% Michigan use tax.
• Reservations are confirmed upon the owners receipt of one half of the rent + 6% tax of that payment. The balance of the rent, the 6% tax and the security deposit is due 3 weeks before the rental period begins. A rental agreement will be mailed to the renter upon the owners receipt of the confirmation payment (the initial payment). When full payment is received 2 keys will be mailed to the tenant renter.
  
  Cancellations:
  In the event of a cancellation by the prospective tenant renter his renter's deposit will only be refunded due to the death of an immediate family member (evidenced by a death certificate) or to the extent the landlord is able to obtain a replacement for the rental period.
