- Guests staying at the Log Home on Kennebunk Pond can arrive Saturday any time after 3pm to fresh baked goodies & welcome packet including your Kennebunk Beach Pass to the Atlantic shore! .... Depart Saturday by 11am. ....Your signed contract & 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm/hold dates. Due upon arrival at The Log Home is the rental balance plus $275 security deposit. Meticulously clean for your arrival, we ask that when you leave to please strip the beds & leave the Log Home 'broom clean'. A $75 minimum cleaning fee is retained to cover the laundry and deep cleaning we do for each guest.Your $275 security deposit is refunded to you if the Log Home is left in the condition in which you found it. Occasionally a repair is warranted & we deduct this from the security deposit or ask that you pay for the repair. In general, The Log Home is a casual, low maintenance family home set up for family enjoyment.

The outdoor shower (hot & cold water) is enclosed for privacy but open to the sun and stars. Following a swim in Kennebunk Pond or a day at the Ocean, nothing says Summer like an outdoor shower!
