Our normal rates are $950/nt. during the month of March. Since this is our first season on the rental market with this home (we've owned ski-in/out rentals in Big Sky for 7 years), AND we had a last minute cancellation, we're offering SKY HAUS at $650/nt. during March and $450/nt. during the fabulous spring skiing experience in April! This is our family's favorite time of year to ski, come on out and get pampered in this luxury home!

Rates include thorough, professional cleaning and hot tub chemicals/water changed and checked before and after your stay.
Rates do not include the Montana/Big Sky 10% tax or the security deposit of $600 which is refunded after departure if no loss or damages occur. -
Deposit of 50% of rental is due to confirm booking. Final payment, plus tax and security deposit, is due 60 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation or reservation date reduction, all payments (except security deposit) are non-refundable unless the home is re-booked for the same dates. If we can rebook some of the same dates, we will refund to that extent.

- The luxury steam showers are a steam room inside the stone tiled shower stalls. The one in the Master Suite Bath has built in seats for two. These are perfect for relaxing those sore muscles after a long day on the slopes or hiking the nearby trails. All the bathrooms are stone tiled and have custom wood cabinetry with stone or granite tops. 100% Egyptian cotton, super thick towels are provided for each guest as are hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap. Hair dryers and extra towels (for the hot tub) are also supplied.

- Sky Haus easily accommodates 1-3 families with 2 master suites with en-suite bathrooms, a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and a set of twin bunks, and a bunk room that sleeps 4 more. There's even a full-sized futon in the game room for 2 additional guests. Each bedroom (except bunk room) has a 21' flat screen TV/DVD player with DirecTV and an iPod hook up. All have luxury 100% Egyptian Cotton linens and towels, cozy down (or down alternative) comforters and pillows. There are jaw dropping views of Lone Peak from both Master Suites and pine tree views from the other two bedrooms. Each bedroom is appointed in an 'upscale resort rustic' style - view the photos! Picture yourself pampered!
