Rental Agreement: Once you make a reservation, a rental agreement will be sent by Ocean Isle Reality who will be handling the process for payment, check-in, resources, maintenance, etc. A small administration fee is added to rental fee. Initial payment is usually 50% of rate and is due within 10 days of making the reservation. This can be paid by check, money order, or credit card. Balance is due within 30 days of arrival. Reservations made within 30 days require money order or credit card payment in full at time of booking. Please call or email for specific details or questions.
Golf: If GOLFING is your passion, Golf Packages are available. Visit one of the 36 championship courses within a ten mile radius of the Villa. Oyster Bay, The Pearl, Tigers Eye, Marsh Harbour and Angels Trace are within 10-20 minutes. 75 other courses available within a 30 mile radius along the Grand Strand.
