- This property is one cottage divided into two town house style rentals. Both units are nicely decorated with updated kitchens, baths and living spaces.
Off season rates: A maximum of 6 guests in 3 bedroom and 4 guests in the 2 bedroom. No exceptions - 50% down within 10 days of your initial reservation. Canadian guests, due to the exchange rate, postal money order U.S. Funds, certified bank check in U.S. Funds. U.S. guests personal checks accepted for the 50% reservations deposit and 14 days before occupancy date. All guests, . . if you chose to pay the balance on your move-in date, either cash or a certified bank check. In the event of a cancellation, a refund, less a 10% service charge on the total will be returned to you upon re-renting your reserved time. Note: We are booked months in advanced. If you do not give at least 60 days before occupancy of cancellation and we are unable to rent your reservation time, you may forfeit your deposit.

- The 3 bedroom has queen size beds in two of the bedrooms and a set of twins in the third. Andersen casement windows open up all of the bedrooms to ocean breezes and the wonderful salt air. All of the bedrooms are a good size. There is an abundance of blankets and pillows. Guests provide their own bed sheets and towels.

Moody House Details
No smoking, no pets, no large parties.:
Guests are limited to 7 including children on season, and 6 guests off season (No exceptions). On season is from June 27th to September 5th. Off season begins April 1 through June 26th and commences on September 5 through November 29th. Labor Day commences the second half of the off season rates. There is electric heat with a separate thermostat in every room so that the cottage is warm and cozy at all times. There is a wonderful gas fireplace in the three bedroom for guests to use. Additional amenities include up to date appliances including a garbage disposal. Weeks run from Saturday 3 PM to Saturday 10 AM. The cottage is non-smoking, no pets and no large partying.
There are a number of wonderful golf courses in the area in Wells, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kennebunkpot, Sanford, etc.
Other Activities: There is a seasonal trolley which runs on schedule to other beaches and popular local destinations.
