In the event of a cancellation, a refund, less a 10% service charge on the total will be returned to you upon re-renting your reserved time. Note: We are booked months in advance If you do not give at least 60 days before occupancy of cancellation, and we are unable to rent your reservation time, you may forfeit your deposit.

- The 3 bedroom has queen size beds in two of the bedrooms and a set of twins in the third. Andersen casement windows open up all of the bedrooms to sunrises, sunsets and the ocean. All of the bedrooms are a good size. There is an abundance of blankets and pillows. Guests provide their own bed sheets and towels.
