- Heat lamps, electric towel warmers, rain showers, hair dryers in all baths, as well as plush towels and wash cloths, soaps, shampoo and other essentials are just some of the comforts provided for our guests at villa OceanSide. The smaller home, 'Semper Fi', has 1 1/2 baths. 'Pendleton', the larger home, has 3 1/2 baths--one of which includes a large 'bubble tub' for two that is private, glass-enclosed and overlooks the ocean. 'Pendleton' also has a two-seat steam shower.

- These two European-style homes have flat-screen HDTVs and ceiling fans in every room. 'Pendleton', air-conditioned throughout, has 4 bedrooms. The 2nd floor Master Bedroom has french doors overlooking the ocean. The 2nd floor back bedroom with a balcony shares a spacious full bath. The 3rd floor Master Bedroom has a gas-log fireplace, sitting room w/built-in fridge, french doors w/swivel chairs to view the ocean, and a private bathroom where you can watch the waves roll in while taking a relaxing bath or view the ocean from the separate shower. The 3rd floor back bedroom has a private bath. 'Semper Fi' has its two bedrooms on the first floor. Pocket doors in each bedroom open to a full bath with a private tub area, heat lamp, and built-in hair dryer. The back bedroom is outfitted with two trundle beds that can be utilized as 2 twins, 4 twins or 2 king beds. Step out the sliding door from the Master Bedroom onto the stone patio.

Putting Green with left and right handed putters, outdoor inlaid stone gas grille, two patios and one deck all outfitted with dining tables & chairs and electronic awnings, lounge furniture at all sites, remote-controlled skylights, security and fire systems, combination safes, central vac, wireless Internet, telephones in each room with free telephone service within the U.S., entertainment systems (iPod dock, DVD players, XM Satellite radio), cable television, flat screen HDTVs in every room, clock radios in all bedrooms (which are supplied with linens, blankets, comforters, pillows), weather stations, WebCam, laundry areas with washers and dryers, professionally landscaped with irrigation system. Both homes are expertly decorated with all new upscale furnishings. Garage and parking for up to eight autos.
Kitchens in Each Home: Both state-of-the-art kitchens at 'Pendleton' and 'Semper Fi' are fully equipped for the gourmet cooks. Granite countertops and red oak cabinets encasing the ice-making refrigerators adorn each kitchen. Convection ovens, warming units, stovetop griddles, filtered water. Open floor plans in each home provide unobstructed ocean views while you prepare your meals. Dining tables for ten people as well as breakfast bars and stools in each kitchen.
