The Main floor has a lovely family room, Dining room, Kitchen, Pantry, Full Bath, Utility with washer/dryer and a wonderful Sunroom. Upstairs are the four Bedrooms and Full Bath. Private off-street parking, as well as on-street parking available.

Nearest motorway:   Lankford Highway/ Route 13 at 1 Miles

Walk or ride a golf cart one and one half blocks to the Cape Charles park where you can enjoy tennis, basketball, or read a great book while the children/grandchildren enjoy the different playground equipment. Golf carts and scooters are available for rent, and one of the best ways to get around in Cape Charles is in a golf cart. You can drive them anywhere in town. Pack your Beach towels, coolers and beach toys in your golf cart; and away you go to spend the day on the Beach. Put the family in the golf cart and take a tour through town visiting the shops, restaurants, marina and the new town pier. You might want to fish off the pier, 'it's legal!'
