The garage also has ski racks, hooks and storage areas for backpacks and other outdoor gear. One garage bay for parking will be included for a small fee. Apartment also includes: Two large closets with clothes racks and shelves. The hall closet is equipped with games, puzzles and children's toys. Large deck with mountain view has steps leading to a ground level picnic area with gas grill and picnic table . Two flower gardens add beauty to the apartment view. Baby gates installed at the top of stairs both in the apartment and on the deck for extra safety (upon request).
