SEE BELOW FOR AVAILABILITY & RATES. This gorgeous 2 bedroom,2 bath,very spacious 1450 sq.ft. condo is located on the 10th floor of The Broadmoor Condominiums in Orange Beach. The complex is located on the beach side of Beach Blvd. directly on the beautiful blue/green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our unit overlooks the pool which is adjacent to the white sandy beaches. The living area contains a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, recliner & entertainment center with a large TV and DVD. The entire unit has beautiful ceramic tile floors with area rugs. The huge, sliding glass doors provide access to the balcony and the gorgeous views beyond. There are granite countertops in the kitchen & both baths. All linens & kitchenware are provided along with a full size washer & dryer. We have just recently completed redecorating the unit in bright beach decor. Just one step into the unit and you know you have chosen the perfect place to spend your vacation. The beach is just steps from the pool.

Orange Beach Condo Details

There are lots of things to do in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. Fresh and Salt water fishing, golfing, hiking, wind surfing and outlet mall shopping just to name a few. The newly finished Wharf area provides outdoor entertainment and an indoor theater showing all the current movies along with lots of wonderful shopping and great food. A favorite restaurant is 'Lulu's' owned by Lulu Buffet, sister of Jimmy Buffet. The restaurant has open air seating and overlooks the canal. The unit is also close to other local attractions, restaurants, shopping, golf, amusement parks, miniature golf, water sports, boating, fishing and more. We are just 1/2 mile from the World Famous Flora Bama and Tacky Jack's is just minutes away. Check in is at 3:00p.m. and check out is at 10:00a.m.
