It's even been used as a dual swimming pool and supervised bathing experience for mom and young children.

There is a large yard with picnic table, play area for children with sandbox, slide and wading pool. A perfect setting for family activities. We are also close to the Saco River with great swimming spots, tubing, canoeing and kayaking. The back of the property is National Forest. A short hike up the side of Humphrey's Ledge affords a birds eye view of the Valley. Endangered peregrine falcons nest on the Ledge and glide in the thermals over the house. Small red fox and turkey frequent the perimeter of the property.
