Deposits: A reservation deposit of $100. is required and is totally refundable with your paid reservation. A $400. security deposit is required 90 days before your arrival; totally refundable, except for $85. cleaning and any damage or loss to the property.
Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation within 90 days of your occupancy date there is cancellation fee of 25% of the first month's rent; cancel within 30 days of your occupancy date there is a 50% cancellation fee of the first month's rent; no refunds for cancellations within 29 days.
