Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly rental rates from $1,000 to $1,700, depending on season.
- 50% of rental amount required to hold reservation. Balance plus $500 security deposit due eight-weeks prior to arrival. Payment via PayPal accepted. Credit card payments can be made through PayPal, but the actual PayPal administration fee charged (approximately 4%) will be added to cover the cost of such transactions.
- 20% Price Reduction for the last PRIME week left this summer.

Brewster Condo Details
Sheets and pillow cases provided.: All beds will be made up with clean sheets and pillow cases upon arrival. Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, dish towels, paper towels, etc. to be obtained by guests.
Well equipped kitchen.: The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of pots and pans, serving utensils, measuring cups and spoons, baking pans, cookie sheets, sharp knives, silverware, dishes, cups, glasses, placemats, etc. There is a microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, electric frying pan, bread maker, electric mixer and several ice-cube trays. There is a lobster pot, dishpan and drainer, cutting boards, grater and other cooking and baking paraphernalia typically found in well equipped kitchens.
Air-Conditioning - Heat Pump newly installed.: The new air conditioning system with heat pump provides both cool or warm, dehumidified, filtered and/or ionized air for complete energy efficient comfort in any weather. Using 'split' system technology, each bedroom, the loft and the large living/dining room area can each be set to different temperatures maintained by separate thermostats to match individual preferences to different desired comfort levels.
Golf: The newly rebuilt Jack Nicholas Golf Course on the resort property may be available to non-members during off-peak times. The Town of Brewster maintains another fine public golf course nearby, The Captains Golf Course. Other courses are available elsewhere on the Cape.
