- 50% of rental amount required to hold a reservation for the week desired. Balance due eight-weeks prior to arrival, including $500 Security Deposit and $100 Cleaning Fee. Credit card payments accepted through PayPal only and incur an additional Administration Fee of approximately $50 to $100, the exact amount being equal to the actual amount charged by PayPal for this service.
