- Bedroom 1 is a 14' x 17' carpeted master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and skylight window. A stairway provides access to a large carpeted loft with a railing overlooking the king-size bed. The master has his and hers clothes chests, a large walk-in closet and sliders opening to a 130 sq. ft. deck. A window air conditioner is available if needed. Bedroom 2 is a 10' x 15' carpeted bedroom with two twin platform beds and one 4-drawer clothes chest. Bedroom 3 is a 9.5' x 14' carpeted bedroom with two twin beds (mattress and box springs) and one 4-drawer clothes chest. Linens are provided for all bedrooms.

Bath, Kitchen and Bed Linens Included:: Bed and pillow linens are provided along with a comforter and blanket for each bed. Towels and wash cloths are provided for six persons. Six beach towels are provided.
Communications provided:: Cable television with HDTV service and a 26' HDTV (LCD) with a CD/DVD player is provided in the living area. A second LCD television set (DTV) is provided in the master bedroom. High speed cable Internet is also provided with a router for wireless connection to your laptop or other wireless device. No telephone service is provided, however, cell phone reception is good at the home location.
Other Information:: Beach chairs for 6 adults and 2 children are provided with a carrier for transporting them to the beach. Parlor games, including Monopoly, Scrabble, Children's Scrabble, Jeopardy, Mexican Train Dominoes and playing cards, are provided.
Other Activities: Cape Cod baseball 6/13 to 8/13; Chatham/Harwich and Cape Cod Rail Trails for jogging, biking, etc; batting cage, trampoline, go-carts, miniature golf.
