Take the strain out of your arrival - no more dashing to the supermarket when you arrive or on your first morning. For a small additional charge, our management company will be pleased to provide a grocery Welcome Pack - please ask for details.
Once you decide to stay in our villa you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £100/USD150 per week to secure your requested dates. The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
A security deposit of £200/USD200 is payable with your balance and refundable after your stay.
Booking is confirmed on receipt of our completed booking form and deposit.

- Our master en-suite has a fully tiled floor, corner bath, separate walk-in shower, twin vanity units with large mirrors and separate WC. There is a hairdryer for your use. The Jack and Jill bathroom is shared between the second bedroom and our Disney room and comprises a WC and bath/shower. The family bathroom is adjacent to our fourth bedroom (which is also a twin) and again comprises of a WC and bath/shower.

- The Master Bedroom has a queen-sized bed (UK king-size), ceiling fan, beautiful light wood furniture and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath. There are two walk-in dressing rooms offering plenty of space for your belongings. Patio Doors lead onto the pool deck and there is a television and DVD player (Region 1) for your enjoyment. The second bedroom is a full-size bed (UK double), and shares the ensuite bathroom ('Jack and Jill') with our twinned Disney bedroom. This makes the villa an ideal choice for 2 families planning to holiday together. Our Disney room has a TV/video, and there is a small selection of toys for our younger guests. The fourth bedroom is also a twin and is located next to the family bathroom. All bedrooms have ample closet space. If required the Sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 people

What happens next?: Once we have received from you a signed booking form, final payment and your security deposit check, we e-mail you with all the details that you require in order to find and access the villa. The keys are available from our lock-box, so whatever time you arrive, you can always get in!! We have an excellent local management company who are available to assist you during your stay. Their housekeeping service ensures that the villa is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your stay to ensure that your vacation gets off to the best possible start. A weekly inspection of our pool and spa ensures that this facility is kept in tip-top condition so that you can get on with enjoying your relaxing stay in our beautiful villa.
