- Cleaning fee is $25 per person, minimum of $100 and maximum of $150 per stay.
- $250 refundable security deposit required for stays up to two weeks. Add'l deposit required for longer stays.
Payment by Paypal (bank debit only) accepted. - Additional fee of $150 for use of private 8-person hot tub.
