Pets, smoking inside the house and renters under the age of 25 are not allowed (unless accompanied by an adult). Prices and seasons subject to change without notice. Some seasons require a weeks stay & Sunday arrivals/departures. Summer prices subject to event fee of $1500 for weddings, etc.
- To place a reservation, a 50% deposit must be placed by either a check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card. Remaining 50% will be due 3 weeks prior to your arrival date.

The Lawn: This super large, Gulf Front grassed and landscaped Lawn can be used for special occasions like family reunions, birthday or anniversary celebrations or wedding events at no extra charge as long as a reservation is made to stay at this property or the adjoining 10 bedroom property, called “Triple Crown.” Even if you don’t have a special occasion to celebrate, you can still enjoy the use of this amazing 60’ x 110” Gulf Front lawn by playing volleyball, having a picnic or just reading a book. All bedrooms are equipped with a Television and are professional decorated to maximize your comfort. This property has just completed a major renovation which included all new furniture, painting inside and outside, new kitchen cabinets, addition of crown molding, new decking, hurricane resistant windows and doors and even a new roof…so this property is basically brand new!
