A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The deposit can be paid with cashier check, personal US check or with visa or Master Card with an additional 3% fee. All deposits are non refundable unless the space can be rebooked. The final balance is due 10 days prior to your arrival.

Check in time is normally 3 PM and check out 11 AM. Special arrangements can be made upon request.
Our property managers Lori and Pollo Dumm will me you at the ferry upon arrival and assist you with any and all of your needs. Lori is an amazing Chef and can arrange a small intimate get together or cater you reception for 100. She is also available to help with golf & moped rentals, fishing excursions, shopping trips, snorkel adventures and just about anything you desire.
