- Air conditioning is in all bedrooms. Smoking is limited to outside patio and terraces.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The deposit can be paid with cashier check, personal US check or US Bank wire transfer. All deposits are non refundable unless the space can be re-booked. The final balance is due 21 days prior to your arrival.
Until confirmed with a deposit, rates and terms are subject to change without notice. - Check in time is normally 3 PM and check out 11 AM. Special arrangements can be made upon request.
We as owners live on the island and will be happy to assist you with golf & moped rentals, fishing excursions, Whale shark adventures, tours to the ruins, shopping trips, snorkel adventures and just about anything you desire while here in this tropical paradise.
