NOTE: Renter is solely responsible for any damages to the full extent of the damage - PAYMENT: All money (rent, tax, cleaning, and condo fee) is due 45 days prior to arrival.
If the unit is reserved less than 45 days prior to arrival, all money is due at the time of reservation.
