This deposit is refundable within 14 days of departure upon inspection of the home. The deposit protects owner from damage and/or theft to the property. Rent Payable as follows: Security Deposit Due at time of Booking. 30 days prior to your arrival, full payment is due & a $100.00 cleaning fee and the signed contract! If you book after a 30 day period The following is due in full, Security Deposit of $500.00, Full Rental payment, & $100.00 cleaning fee and the Signed contract. Payment is excepted with money order only. Receipt & Conformation of booking will be issued after payment has been received.
- Cancellation Policy: If you rent a property and are unable to keep your scheduled reservation, you will still be charged the full amount of your stay, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your scheduled time. If we do re-rent it, you will be charged a $100.00 Cancellation fee and any direct expenses.

- The upstairs bedroom is very bright & cheerful with surrounding windows and a gorgeous lake front view. It has a queen bed and full bathroom. The down stairs bedroom is medium sized with a double bed and full bath next to it. Both bedrooms have very large closets. There is a pull out couch that sleeps two.

Sault Ste. Marie House Details
This home is a charming getaway except your still within the city limits. It is a beautiful water frontage with plenty of wildlife scenery and sounds. You wake up in the morning with the sun shinning in, hop in the hot tub, and you can here and see the Loons right out your window. Its a beautiful spot, and the house has a very cozy atmosphere. I know you'll enjoy it.
I know we are all out to have fun in the sun and a good time, but please be courteous and take good care of our home. we want everyone to enjoy themselves.
