Cancellation Policy:
More than Thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the FULL REFUND, less a $75.00 administrative fee, shall be refunded. If the cancellation is Twenty-nine (29) days or less from the beginning of the Rental Period, all monies paid shall be forfeited, less the $200.00 Security Deposit, which will be REFUNDED. In the event Hawthorn Cottage is able to rent the property for the same dates and fee, the rental fee, plus security deposit, less a $175.00 administrative fee shall be REFUNDED.
