Bucerias Condo Summary

Located 12 miles north of Puerto Vallarta, Bucerias is a small quaint town with a beautiful 7 mile stretch of beach that is safe to swim, surf or boat. There are numerous dining establishments on the beach serving local seafood and Mexican specialties. Casa de las Semanas is located 1 block from the beach in the 'Gold Coast' area of Bucerias within walking distances of dining, shopping and all the wonderful amenities Bucerias has to offer. The 10 unit complex where the condo is located is fully enclosed w/ pool, gardens, palapa and BBQ. The condo has a king bed in one bedroom, bunk bed with queen/single combination and den area w/ double futon. This is a 2nd floor unit w/ private balcony with filtered ocean view and BBQ. Beach chairs and cooler are provided for your use. The large kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. There is internet and cable with 2 TVs, DVD and CD players. Washer and dryer are also provided.
