- A security deposit of $150 is required to hold the reservation for the townhouse.
Payment in full must be received 30 days in advance prior to arrival
A full refund of the security deposit will be returned in 14 days after final inspection of the townhouse.
If paying by Paypal a 3.5% service charge will be added to the total, and a 3% charge if using homeaway payment system.

A full sized air mattress is also available.
