* Approximate Total rental costs include rental fee (as seen above) plus a cleaning fee of $90 - $175 (depending on length of stay, number of guests, $50 Pet-Deposit if bringing pet, 10.5% San Diego Cccupancy Tax, and Damage Insurance ($25-$45, depending on length of stay and pets.)
* Rates are subject to change until confirmed directly with NVR (please call or email us).
* We offer Savings on Last Minute reservations, Mid-Week Specials, Return Guest Appreciation Discounts, Active Military, Law Enforcement & Fire profession Discounts, and Social Media Discounts.
* 2 night reservations considered only at the last minute with a reduced cleaning fee. - * Optional add-ons include baby item rentals, accidental damage insurance upgrades, travel insurance, and special packages.

* Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival, we'll refund you your deposit less a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, we'll refund whatever we can re-book, less the 10% cancellation fee. (Optional Travel insurance is available which covers cancellations up to 48 hours from arrival, contact us for details)
* Need more room? Please inquire about our 4 additional units including a 3 bdrm/2ba, and 2 - 2 bdrm/1ba in our 4-plex, just two houses away. You can rent 2 to 5 units for wedding parties and visiting family members and friends.

- It's unusual to find a bunk bed with two double (full size) beds. There is also a queen sofa-bed in the living-room. The queen bed mattress in the master bedroom is newly purchased and top-of-the-line. All the sheets are high quality; at least 400 thread count. 8 pillows, both down and foam. Fluffy Egyptian cotton towels. We have Pack-n-Plays, and high chairs available for rent at a reasonable price for delivery and pickup.
