Built in May 2005 and appearing on the rental market in July 2006, this brand new villa, located in picturesque Hamlet at West Haven. This spacious villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One king bed, one queen bed, and four twin beds. The interior of the house is designed, decorated, and furnished cozily. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. The hot spa and swimming pool (facing South) which is privately situated will be in the beautiful sunshine all day long. The pool and spa can be optionally heated. The lanai is fully screened with a chair-rail plastic panel to give you more privacy when you are trying to soak up the Florida sunshine during the day time or refresh those tired park-hopping muscles in the evening. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence and gate.

Direction from airport to here: SR-528 W-I-4 W-CHAMPIONS GATE BLVD exit-Right on RONALD REAGAN PKY(CR-54)-Left on MAY FAIR BLVD- right on BUCKINGHAM DR-Turn Left on HENLEY CIR. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

    A $250.00 deposit will be collected at the time of reservation.

Activities : Our villa is perfectly situated for all the theme parks and other major attractions within Central Florida. Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, International Drive and many other attractions too numerous to mention within the Orlando area are all only a short drive away. There are also many shopping opportunities within easy reach with a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity. The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals. To the east it is an easy journey to destinations such as Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center.
