- $300 deposit plus 1/2 rent is due within 7 days of booking. The other 1/2 of the rent is due 30 days before check-in date.
Check-in 6:00pm. Check-out by 1:00pm. Weekly rentals are Friday to Friday.
Additional units available. Prefer not to rent to singles under 25 years old.
Payment plan is available.
$300 deposit will hold 2013 dates until January 15 when 1/2 of the rent is due. - Our other cottage in this same neighborhood is Home Away #176957. They are about a 3 minute walk from each other. For larger groups, rent both cottages.

- The bathrooms are all brand new with heated ceramic floors and heat lamps in the ceiling. The outdoor shower has both hot and cold water, great for rinsing off all the sand! We pay close attention to the condition of all of our towels and they are replaced right away when necessary

- There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen bed with white wicker furniture and has its own door to the large bathroom, the second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed. The living area has a leather sleeper sofa with a queen size bed.. There is also a leather twin futon and a roll away bed which can be put anywhere it is needed. We pay close attention to the condition of all of our linens and they are replaced right away when necessary.
