Downstairs family room has a double sleeper and a single sleeper. Property sleeps 11 total. Two car garage with finished floor has full laundry facility with washer, dryer, line. Extra refrigerator freezer also in garage. Tennis equipment for 4. 2 razor scooters, 2 mountain bikes with locks, safety equipment.
