A dining room with original fireplace adds extra charm to this magnificent home. The kitchen has a breakfast area and has been recently updated with the finest appliances and is fully equipped for your culinary needs. Upstairs you will find the serenity of the master bedroom, with a beautiful queen bed with luxurious linens, original fireplace, LCD TV with DVD, Wi-Fi and desk overlooking the Square. The master bath is out of this world with his and her sinks, jetted tub and oversized marble and glass shower with spa style shower sprays. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with fine linens, LCD TV with DVD and a full private bath in the hall.

It's the perfect spot for an evening cocktail after a full day of shopping or sightseeing. There is also a BBQ area with gas grill available for entertaining or casual dining. The gated off street parking is an asset for any visiting guest as the parking police are quick to ticket and most streetside parking is metered.
The front porch is a quaint spot for taking in the local scene and meeting neighbors and friends. It faces Greene Square and is shaded by several ancient Live Oaks.
