Edgartown House Summary
Spacious, sunny contemporary home located in Island Grove community of MV. The rooms are designed on a gracious scale (two floors and a basement). Home has dining room and huge living room with fireplace, lovely oak floors, and handsome oversized sofas. The modern kitchen is light and bright. The bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated with pretty comforters. Two master king size bedrooms, one on first floor (with private bath and deck) and one on second floor very spacious with sloping ceilings; two more bedrooms, each with two single beds. Each bedroom has a closet; master has a walk in closet, as does one twin bedroom. Both bathrooms have double sinks.
Super clean basement/recreation room with exercise equipment. Outdoor tennis is located behind the house.
The front entrance Island Grove zips you into Town, while the back entrance will take you to the beach. Short walk to Morning Glory Farm. House boasts a large outside deck on a secluded wooded landscaped lot.
