Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Security Fee required.
- Rental Protocol requires a Rental lease agreement between both parties with 50% deposit required to secure reservation and the remaining balance due 75 days prior to occupancy. The Weekly Rental Amount includes refundable security deposit of $550, a $150 cleaning fee and the cost of ferry reservations if you wish us to get them for you. The weekly trash pickup fee is embedded in the cleaning fee. The security deposit is returned promptly within 3 weeks after your rental period unless your one of our long term renters who opt to use it to secure their reservation time(s) each season. The cleaning Fee for multi-week renters is $200. We have been renting our home since 1987.
***Bookings during the summer season require a 7 day minimum stay with Saturday the changeover day
***Check in time is usually at 4:00 pm on the day of arrival
***Check out time is usually at 10:30 am on the day of departure
