This is a very relaxed area with Bald eagles and Ospreys nesting just off shore, crabbing and fishing right off the dock. Tiki bar on dock with electric and water. Fantastic sun sets, fire pit & picnic table. Boat access with lift.
Outside has large back yard overlooking the water. Large open water area, There is a canoe for rent at $20.00 per day. Includes life jackets. Can view Potomac from end of dock.This property has three all new bed rooms, two baths - master bedroom, guest room and kids room with bunk beds. Three TV's all with cable, VCR and DVD players. Big screen TV and activity TV with games. Washer and dryer.
Visit the birthplace plantations of President George Washington and General Robert E. Lee. We are 2 hours away from Washington, DC, 2.5 hours from VA Beach and 35 minutes from Fredericksburg, VA. One hour to Kings Dominion, minutes from colonial beach.
Kitchen with granite counters and new cabinetries. everything is new inside and out, top notch, with a water view.

Colonial Beach is a golf cart community. Enjoy walking along the river, lying on the beach, and visiting Igleside Winery and Westmoreland Berry Farm. Enjoy one of the many fine restaurants that Colonial Beach has to offer. Our kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. Visit the birthplace plantations of President George Washington and General Robert E. Lee. We are 90 minutes from historic Williamsburg, 2 hours away from Washington, DC, 2.5 hours from VA Beach and 45 minutes from Fredericksburg, VA. Bring your bikes to ride around town. Westmoreland State Park has some of the best fossil hunting on the east coast.

Kids room has bunk beds with a third bed pull out on the bottom. All sheets, bedding, and towels included. Extra bedding and air mattress in closet. Central Air and ceiling fans in every room. Both bathrooms brand new with Italian Tile work. House was just rebuilt everything is new.
