Located on the quiet north end of Akumal's Halfmoon Bay, this ground floor, oceanfront two bedroom condo is within the highly rated La Sirena complex and is the perfect place to enjoy a tranquil tropical getaway. Just steps away from the sand & ocean - less than 100 ft away!
Inside, you will appreciate this tastefully decorated condo with floor to ceiling windows, giving you a panoramic view of the white sand & turquoise waters of the ocean. Each of the 2 bedrooms have king- size orthopedic mattresses with 250 count quality linens. The Master Bedroom has an in-suite bathroom with a tub/shower decorated in authentic Mexican tile. The Guest Bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the pool.
The kitchen is well equipped & you will find everything you need - the owner enjoys cooking and hopes you will too! Each room has a ceiling fan & AC is available. Swim in our large pool set in a tropical garden setting.
Location of Condo 180110
The village of Akumal is just 1 hour South of Cancun. There are a variety of great restaurants, bars, unique gift shops, dive shops and grocery stores. Yal Ku Lagoon, one of the most sought out wonders in the area is less than a 5 minute walk away from the condo. This natural body of water is fun to snorkel in and is abundant with tropical fish. Akumal means 'place of the turtle' which is appropriate, for every year giant sea turtles return to lay their eggs in the sand of Halfmoon Bays crescent shaped beach. Tulum is less than 20 minutes away and has one of the areas best site for Mayan Ruins. After you have visited the ruins, spend the day on one of Tulum's beautiful white sandy beaches.
