With Quaker sensibilities and expansive porches. The Old Hotel is located in the midst of the Green Mountains. Hiking, biking and swimming just footsteps outside your door. Small village setting with access to all of the Champlain Valley's attractions a short ride away. 3 major ski resorts within a half hours drive. Snowmobiling trails and Cross Country Skiing trails nearby as well. Inside is a Full eat-in kitchen including dishwasher. Large living room with fireplace. Clawfoot tub upstairs and laundry room off the kitchen. Outside 1500 sq foot porches front and back add lots of living space. English Cottage style gardens with Patio and Fire pit. Old Stone walls and stone paths add to the charm. Swimming hole across the road in a snow melt fed river all year long.

Lincoln is located on the eastern slopes of the Green Mountain National Forest. Hidden by the foothills we are the very western edge of the Champlain Valley. Commonly known as the Land of Milk and Honey. The Champlain Valley is known for its dairy farms, rolling hills, scenic vista's and quaint yet renowned small towns and cities. College Town Middlebury is close by, Vergennes, the smallest city in the world is up the road. Morgan Horses were also first developed just down the road. Incredible local produce in summer. At the North end of the Valley is Burlington. The largest city in Vermont, it boasts many fine restaurants, great shopping and a youthful vibe thanks to the college students. On the Southern end is the gateway city of Rutland. Also famous for its local area products and near by ski resorts. Check out the local history of the Revolutionary War as well. Or stroll along Button Bay on Lake Champlain and find fossils millions of years old.
