To reserve our home, we require 50% of the rent and all taxes (10.5%) as a down payment. The balance with the security deposit and any applicable pet fee is due 60 days prior to arrival. Once a down payment has been received,a Lodging Agreement will be forwarded to you.
We do not accept credit card payments. Personal checks, cashier checks and money orders are accepted.
Pet Fee ( if pet is approved) is $100 per pet and is non-refundable. - We require a $500 refundable security deposit on all rentals.
