- $250 Security Deposit required on all rentals. Refunded within 2 weeks after checkout based upon inspection of property. 4:00pm Check-in & 12:00pm Check-out. Individuals over the number of 10 are billed an extra $10 /night/person. Weekly visits include 6 nights.
- We require half of the full rental rate plus the security deposit at time of reservation. Remaining balance due 15 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations required 30 days prior to arrival date for full refund; within 30 days of your check-in date you will be allowed to reschedule.
