Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cornell and Ithaca College Graduation Weekends are $500.00 per night with a three night minimum. Weekly rental, June, $1,700 - July & August, $1,800 - September, $1,600
- 50% non-refundable deposit due upon reservation.
Balance (non-refundable) and $500 damage deposit due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Enjoy over 90 feet of private beach frontage and two decks from which you can view the spectacular sunsets.
