This home is directly on Lake Blue Ridge with it's dock that features an overhead deck, propane grill and picnic table. The part of the lake this home is on has deep water under the dock so even in drought conditions there is plenty of water for boating, swimming and skiing.

This home is located on Lake Blue Ridge in the Aska Adventure area. More specifically it is on Fish hook point (a large peninsula) so it is surrounded by water. There is a lot to do in the area besides playing on the Lake. The Toccoa River is very close for white water rafting or tubing. there are nature trails in the National Forests. There are even caves and waterfalls to explore only a 15 minute drive away.
